WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER? 

Minimum order is $250.00.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Download our catalog or look through our website to view our products. 
If you are a contractor please use our customer portal to place your order. You can gain access by giving us a call or filling out the Customer Portal Application. (link below)

If you don't have access to the customer portal, download the RCD order form and fill out to the best of your ability. The more information the better. We need to know wood species, the finish, profiles, door style, quantity, and dimensions. If you are requesting a quote, all you have to do is select Quote under order type on the form.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

If you need to change or cancel your order, we ask that all changes be made before the order reaches verified status. Once an order is verified, we can't do alterations. If changes need to be made, they will be treated as a separate order.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Standard unfinished products are typically completed within 14 days after the order goes into production. Currently, we are on a 4 week lead-time due to capacity and labor shortages. Certain unfinished species and other style options require more than that. If they are available before that we will call and let you know. 

Finished product lead times are currently at 6 weeks. 
When your order is verified you will receive an estimated completion date. If you have questions please call customer service at (833) 443-1992. 

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Ruck Cabinet Doors warrants all manufactured products for one year from date of shipment. See page 7 of catalog for more details.
