UNDERSTANDING

ORDER STATUS

One of the benefits using the customer portal is that you can log in at anytime and see the status of your order.  It's a little different from what you're used to, so to better understand, see below for a definition of each status and what you can expect at each step.

BID

Essentially a quote, the Bid Status is for you to check pricing and provide your customer with a quick quote. After payment is processed, the status changes to Order.

ORDER

We review your order to make sure there are no mistakes. Once your order is correct the status changes to Verified.

VERIFIED

Verified means it is added to the production schedule and given an estimated date of completion. Once verified the order 
can not be changed.

IN PROCESS

Your order is on the production floor being assembled. 
Once Complete you will be notified when it's ready for pick-up or if your status changes to Shipped you will receive a notification with tracking information.

FAQ'S:

1. WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO I CHOOSE?
Please choose either Ship or Pick-Up. We choose the best method and they are listed for internal uses only. Shipping is now calculated when you place your order and price doesn't vary on method. 
2. WHAT DO THE YELLOW NOTIFICATIONS ON MY ORDER MEAN?
The yellow boxes show up to help you with your order. They notify you of the RCD standard for that product and if you there are any up-charges added. You are able to submit your order and they are there for guidance only. 
3. WHAT DO THE RED NOTIFICATIONS ON MY ORDER MEAN?
The red boxes notify you when something is wrong on your order. They will tell you why and what you need to fix. If you have red notifications you are unable to submit your order. If you run across this and think it is wrong. Give us a call or email and we will look into it. 
4. WHAT IF THE PRICE CHANGES AFTER I PAY? 
If the price adjusts to less than what you paid, your account will be issued a credit. You will be able to use this on your next order of your choice. It will show up in your payment method section when you go to pay. 
If the price adjusts to be more than what you paid you will be notified to pay the remaining balance before the order can be verified. 
5. WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I SUBMIT IT? 
Give us a call or an email and we can make the changes you need. Once the order is verified you can no longer make changes because it is in production. If you need to add something you will have to create a new order. 
6. WHAT IF THE PRICE ISN'T CALCULATING? 
That means there is something wrong on our end. Give us a call or an email we will fix it asap. If you notice the price isn't calculating, that product will not save on your order. 
7. I CAN'T FIND A PRODUCT I USED TO ORDER? 
Some products have been renamed and some product we no longer offer. Give us a call and we can discuss a solution. 
8. I CAN'T FIND THE V11? 
The V11 is now named Solid Face Rail. To order the V11, Click on the S4S & SFR category > SFR - Solid Face Rail > select 3/4"T.
9. I CAN'T FIND PLYWOOD? 
Plywood is now called Flat Panel Material.
